Money question

So I have just transferred from my Santander account a sum of money to my starling, it's usually instant but for whatever reason it hasn't posted and it's been over 2 hours, I then sent money from starling to Santander but that hasn't show either, any idea what this could be?

This lot should be able to help you out - but it may take several weeks and lots of form filling.
Then its take your pay book to the O.C who will have it in a tin in his top drawer......"Pay Correct Sir!"

If its a large amount, then maybe it flagged up as needing to be checked by the fraud team before its released.
