Mogga's pre-match presser

I've just watched Mowbray's press conference for tomorrow's game at Rotherham (I wouldn't recommend it :() and there was a very familiar voice asking loads of questions. It sounded to me like Craig Johns of the Gazette although I could be wrong.

Is it possible that Craig could be attending the SAFC presser on behalf of the Mirror Group?

If it was him then it just seems a bit odd that he's covering mackem press conferences as well as ours what with him being the main Boro reporter for the Gazette.

Maybe I'm wrong and it wasn't Craig but it was definitely somebody who asks MC a lot of questions at our press conferences.

Probably. He'll have been doing it for The Chronicle if it was him.

does it matter ?
Sorry mate, I was just curious that's all. It just sounded odd hearing the same voice probing Mogga and there is that element that CJ is a Sunderland fan who's now covering Boro. You're right though, in the grand scheme of things, what with war and earthquakes, it probably doesn't really matter. I'll maybe just keep my curiosities to myself from now on so as not to ruffle any feathers.

He's a Man United fan, he's just from Sunderland.

Dom Shaw does Sunderland and Boro coverage for the Northern Echo since leaving the Gazette, and he's a Boro fan.

You're right. I forgot he was a Man Utd fan that used to cover Sunderland. I think he's doing a grand job covering Boro.

The voice was probably Scott Wilson of the Northern Echo who was at the Sunderland press conference. He covers all the north east clubs.
