Held last week..
These are the accompanying notes from the secretary...

We had a good collection at the Foodbank last Saturday - despite the horrible weather - which WASN'T as bad as we had expected prior to 3pm - but despite most folks turning up to the game late on we had plenty of donors of foodstuffs - and we had a great monetary collection.

People are really very generous. We should have the figures from Soroush today so will forward them on asap.

Next foodbank will be on Sat 4th April ( Q.P.R. game )

You will also see in the minutes WE ARE COMBINING IT WITH THE LAUNCH of " Boots-2-Africa "
We got a great response from people when we mentioned it before the game - think it could be a big success.
Please feel free to get the word out wherever you can.

People can get searching in all their garages, lofts and kit-bags to find their old footy boots, trainers & sports gear & clothing and we will update all the arrangements for a big launch on the 4th April also.
And here are the MINUTES

I should say that I did enter FSA fanzine of the year but wasn't shortlisted by the judges.
I have written to Middlesbrough Football Club about the visit to Stoke City in March.

Kick It Out statement about abuse and chanting towards James McLean made in January (2020).

“James McClean was once again subjected to disgraceful anti-Irish and sectarian abuse this weekend. We have informed The FA so they can investigate but we reiterate – the abuse he continues to receives is absolutely unacceptable and shames our game.

“We have been in constant contact with Stoke City and James, as we continue to offer our full support. Greater action must be taken by the authorities to safeguard his and his family’s wellbeing, because the current situation cannot continue.”
