Lots of groups like Plastic Free Hartlepool are taking part in Surfers Against Sewage’s Million Miles Beach Clean
100,000 people, clean 10 miles each through out the year.
Please join us for kick off on 16.5.21 (Sunday)
2 pm at Steetley Pier.
 
Hopefully the weather will improve - but even if it might be bracing it will be good to help with this tody up on the beach and get an idea of exactly what the picture is with rubbish on our beaches.
Bring waterproofs.
 
Well done all, they did a group pick at a local beck / Park yesterday did an unbelievable job, they are making such a difference in Billingham
 
Fortunately it was not as wet on the beach at Hartlepool. The beach wasn't too bad actually but the dunes were much more of a problem. Anyway, lots of bags of rubbish were hauled well ashore.
