Come out to playay!!!!!
I know nothing about them, but you've just admitted that you and your family are going to ingore the restrictions. If everyone behaved the same, we'd be in this for a lot longer.
Selfish or able to think for themselves understand the pros and cons and don't rely on the government (who lets be honest couldn't run a bath) to tell them how to live? Some really selfish people about. This government are a shambles, but if people had done what they were supposed to do in the first place we wouldn't be going through this again now.
I think the government is a ***show, but in someways this makes sense because it allows venues to stay open, but stops the mixing of households which is the likely highest risk of spread. Where households are together in an inside space venues and patrons are legally required to keep distance between groups
I'd say that is in your hands. The risk you take (and I'm sure you don't need me to tell you) is to the grandparents.Use them for childcare
WHEN is this to be applied please ?
It comes into force this SaturdayWhen do they actually announce when it comes into force then ?
I concur Rob - the quicker we stamp this out in Teesside, the quicker lockdown restrictions will be liftedI would ask many people on this thread to listen carefully to Neil Warnock from.today's press conference. It was very sober listening as he related his own covid experiences and appealed for people to be careful and not to put others lives in jeopardy.
Luton is the only place to come out of these local lockdown circus procedures.I've been in a lockdown in Bolton for weeks and weeks with EVERYTHING closed pubs, restaurants etc. They are making it up as they go along; originally it was because we had the highest rate of infection- it's now 8th in the country but the 7 places above don't have the same restrictions.
Be fair to him he went in with a plan based on local on the spot health advice and has been dealt with a real blow for the town imposed from a distance without any clear understanding of our needs etc.Preston now complaining about the rules.
Bloke is a clown, the same thing happened in Newcastle. They asked for restrictions, then complained when they got them.
These politicians learn nothing.

Isn't the Middlesbrough to Whitby railway line the border between Middlesbrough Council and Redcar and Cleveland?
So you can drink at the Fountain in Ormesby without restrictions but not the Rudds Arms in Marton?

It was obvious what was going to happen, surely he has seen enough of Hancock and Johnson in action by now to realise they don’t do intelligence.Be fair to him he went in with a plan based on local on the spot health advice and has been dealt with a real blow for the town imposed from a distance without any clear understanding of our needs etc.
