Middlesbrough Cycling Lane - Update

Lazy sods driving in. Cars are more addictive than heroin. Cars probably do more damage than heroin.

EDIT:

Half involve an opiate - so lets go on a limb and say heroin cause all of them... in 2020 just under 3000 deaths were through drug misuse - half of that figure is 1500.

In 1500 people were killed on the roads.

Death wise cars and heroin are pretty much the same. Who would have thought eh? That doesn't include the thousands injured by cars. 42% of deaths are car occupants too - so that's about 630 people. You are safer walking (360 deaths) but even safer cycling (150 deaths). Get out of your cars you lazy buggers!!

Obviously if you are disabled you must use the car. Imagine how easy it would be for you though if half of the other cars were off the road?

That's before you factor in pollution in built up areas
