Middle-class trappings

Are the absorption panels made out of egg cartons ? That could be a get out clause from being middle class.
egg cartons are deffusers ,The various textural ripples and waves of egg carton-shaped materials do not absorb sound waves in their entirety. Instead, they break these sound waves up into multiple frequencies and echo them in various directions, which radically reduces the level of noise production and echo in your room. absorption panels take in sound and retain it...mine are rockwool encased in wood housings with slots to allow sound waves in..... yes egg cartons would be very much working class😂

Each keg contains 6 litres and once in the machine it will stay fresh for 30 days. The cooling plate takes the temperature down to 3 degrees which is ok for lager but the stuff I drink Kwak, Leffe, Tripel Karmeliet needs to be more like 6 to 10 degrees. Had mine 2 years and I can't see me getting bored of it.
The 3 degrees is the only drawback to it so far, I'm sure it will be great in the summer for lager but yes some of the IPAs and the like I prefer them, like you, around 6 to 10 degrees. I suppose the only way round it is 2 machines or keep the kegs in warmer part of the house, load them up and then race the machine down to 3

Just had a look on the perfect draft, works out quite well at about 2-2.50 a pint if you return the kegs, which is what I'd pay for a 500ml bottle of beer from the shop. IS there anywhere else that you can buy compatible kegs apart from Beer Hawk?
I've only found Beer Hawk so far and yes I think as they produce proper pub quality pints they are worth the 2 - 2.50 a pint. Looks like they sometimes have offers on, currently have 3 kegs of Leffe for £80, which is around 2.50 a pint.

Although retired still consider myself working class. Why would I want to be middle class. I have seen some of those who think they are middle class and have no reason to be like them. Could never vote Tory anyway.🤭👍😀

EDIT: just remembered I have s bottle oh House of Commons won't signed by Tony Blair. Does that get me in the club.😂😂

6 litres you must be forever changing the kegs. That's about one and a half days drinking😉

Land rovers are wonderfully classless. You see someone driving it and you don't know whether they work on the land or own the land.

Range Rovers on the other hand....
I had the Evoque when it first came out in the USA , it was nice but I did question the cost of it.

I think goose Island is owned by interbev or some other huge brewery.
Do you like it?
Yep, I think they do a session one as well, as said earlier would prefer it not as cold as 3 degrees, but it's very pleasant. Eyeing up a Jaipur as my next one as I've only had that in pubs so will be interesting to compare the taste.
