Mick Lynch

What he said about Labour capturing the hearts and minds of the working class was spot on. Workers have huge power if they can stand together and it's part of the reason why division is such an important tactic of the ruling classes and those who support them.
I had to laugh when Madeley accused his of being a Marxist and Lynch pointed out that Madeley often talked twaddle.

He made a complete fool out of Morgan. Which was brilliant to see!

Your obsession with this guy is coming across as quite scary!
Nah, just enjoying watching a working class guy hold truth to power and make fools out of seasoned journalists, entitled MPs, shock-jocks and biased presenters. Highlighting it on a forum where many are like minded and may enjoy it similarly, is hardly evidence of an obsession.

You gonna be one of those new posters who pops up from time to time and doesn’t really contribute anything to political threads, other than to have digs at us woke lefty dogooder Labour clique types?

Absolutely, clip of him and Piers Morgan is hilarious.

The same Piers Morgan who, in my opinion, by some miracle escaped any criminal sanction whilst editor of the NOTW & Mirror, never mind the unethical and repugnant means by which he conducts himself.

It's refreshing to see an apparently straightforward working class guy introduce some actual normality and morals to the establishment.

If only there were more like him.

The Kay Burley and Piers Morgan pieces are an absolute embarrassment to journalism.

Whether they agree with these strikes or not, it’s their jobs, as journalists, to challenge Lynch. To get information out of him and make him defend the strike.

Their approach is an insult to journalism and their audience (although both audiences probably lap it up).

It’s a sad reflection on UK society that a piece of contemptible slime like Morgan gets air time. He should be in F***ing jail.

He is doing well again, on Peston this time. Just described what happens in negotiations - we sit down agree something with the rail employers. They go away to get agreement from the Treasury and come back with a no and in fact more demands e.g get rid of all guards on trains whiuch the rail employers were not asking for.

Sounds like the Treasury want to continue the dispute.

The Tory instantly regretted getting into a conversation with him, looked like he was about to cry.

Jenrick (Con MP) I think the Rail unions don't want to allow modern prictices - Mick we don't want to bring back steam.

Mick - Rail employers want to shut all the ticket offices and make the ticket office staff redundant and employ a few new staff on Living wage rates as per what has happened in the air industry - Jenrick ....silence.

Completely handed his a*se there. Best but when he said he didn’t know anything and he be quite happy to invite them down tonight and get it started. This will end with a pay rise across the public sector, its inevitable and if it doesn’t happen by the Autumn the Tories are finished as a National strike won’t be far off.
