I know thought it was a bit random myself, suppose he may of struggled to get a decent job in club football after Stoke so he’s gone back to where he feels comfortable and where he’s done good before. Doesn’t mean it’s going to be the same of course!

Three odd signings Whyte, Morris and Tommy Wright. Poor fayre compared to our home grown players of those times. Much as I love Lennie he had a talent for signing players that were so one dimensional they could break the laws of physics.

I really believed he was going to be a good signing. Saw loads of coverage as I was spending time in Leicester around then.

After Leeds game thought excellent, Ripley won't be missed.
