Mfc website using deposit

I wasn’t able to attend Stoke, so the club kindly refunded the ticket, creating a credit, and I can see the value sitting as a deposit on my mfc account.

Trying to use the value for a Burnley ticket but the transaction is for the whole amount, has anyone had the experience of a credit amounts on the mfc website?

Oh, I didn't know they'd do this. I've probably left it too late to ask for credit for the Sunderland home game I missed earlier in the season. My dad died a few days before the match. I couldn't even give the ticket away on here

It was a standard ticket, so can now see the credit, just unsure how to activate it

For the SC credit from the covid season you had to call or pop in. Could be the same here?

Aye you will need to ring. No idea why the online system cannot credit it.
