MFC online store..how long for deliveries?

Ordered some clobber for family members 10 days ago (a week gone Monday, I did go to the store but it was closed for COVID reasons, which is understandable), paid the £6 postage and package for a swift delivery, but as yet nothing.

Dropped then an email yesterday, but no response..anyone have any idea or experience of the turnaround time from order to delivery, as i need one item for a birthday on Sunday 😬

On the site against most items it says. "Usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days" so you would think it would have arrived now unless you are outside UK. Which you are obviously not.

On a similar vein, my Mrs ordered a load of stuff a couple of months ago for father's day, it all arrived with the exception of the away shirt she ordered. She has phoned and emailed the club shop and had no answer, does anybody have a better contact email address or phone number she could use to try and resolve.

How on earth do MFC justify charging a flat rate £6 delivery fee?

When they did the email advertising the facemasks for sale I thought I'd get some but I wouldn't pay the £6 postage.

I bought some from a bands official on line store (proceeds to the bands road crew) and postage was £0.77.

I emailed Yvonne at MFC to query the cost but no reply......

Rob said he was going to find out about the £6 (£13.50 for Europe) standard charges following complaints about that amount for posting facemasks - don;t think we heard back from him, or if we did, I missed it

There was an update about club shop delays a few days ago....

https://www.mfc.co.uk/news/update-from-the-club-shop

"Due to the large volume being placed, orders can take an estimated 10 days to be delivered, with a small numbers of orders currently being processed from June 26 and June 27.

Staff are also working to respond to all emails sent to retail@mfc.co.uk , but would kindly request that supporters refer to the above information with regard to dispatch and delivery times.

If you have any further problems with your order and would like to get in touch, please email retail@mfc.co.uk . "

I took it to a Fans Meeting and will write to the club - just to be clear it is £3 for items under £10 and then £6 for items over £10 - so if you buy 2 face masks it is £6 postage and £3 post for one item.
Obviously when you buy a football shirt or something of that expense the postage is not so bad as a percentage - how does it compare to Amazon? And if you bought 2 masks off Amazon how would it compare?
When we brought this up years ago the Boro said they were using the same pricing system as one of the big mail order firms.
Postage is tricky with all the step ups in price. For instance. For me posting out Fly Me To The Moon - in ordinary first class post it is cheaper to send 2 fanzines out in 2 envelopes than 2 in one because postage goes up in a leap to higher than 2 first class stamps.
I will wrire something now though specifically with regards to face masks and for COVID times when the shop is closed.

I have written to the football club to make an exception for face masks - my argument is that you have to buy 2 face masks, you need to wash after every use so therefore this would mean it would cost £6 postage for the 2 masks you would need.
With Andy Preston talking about compulsory face masks in shops this would surely underline the point. Am asking if postage could be limited to £3 for 2 face masks. This is closer to what Amazon charge for many small items.

But not as close as the 77p I was charged for 3 masks recently - who actually mails out items, is it done from the club shop or is there some storage facility somewhere managed eternally?
