MFC Official: Neil Warnock - 12th Man. Guested for an hour on Video [1 hr 6 mins: 8 secs]. Very funny.

What an amazing interview, the man is an absolute gentleman.

I don't think I have ever been as happy with a Boro manager as I am now.

Open, honest and none of the usual trained robotic answers you get from the usual suspects.

Him and his backroom staff are just what we need.

Well done to all for putting this together and I hope he watched the FA cup draw with you.

And Neil, if ou are reading this, thank you for putting the pride back into the club..!!

Just watched the full video this morning with a cup of tea. What a revelation he has been for this football club. He comes across as a genuinely nice bloke. He doesn't fill interviews with cliches or the usual soundbites that you hear from media trained folk, and that alone makes his interviews refreshing and a genuine joy to listen to. I was grinning like a Cheshire cat all the way through that.

Seriously can't wait to get a full Riverside singing his name!

Absolutely superb👍

It's was like he was a 'mate' just having a natter about football. He didn't duck any question and answered them very openly.

I was suprised how candid he was on transfers. We went in for Kiefer Moore but felt we were 'used' and never came close to signing him. Also the lad Williams from Wigan had a 1.5mil fee agreed and blew us out after weeks of chatting. Yet he saw that as 'fate' and we went for Morsy whos a better fit👍 (I'm also guessing cheaper as he mentioned Williams fee).

Interesting he once again said Howson is the best player at the club. He says he wouldn't look out of place in the prem (also he's taken a pay cut on new deal).

He genuinely seems to love the area... From dog walking to fish and chips. Also mentioned how much his wife loves it. He seems to have a very good relationship with Gibson. It sounds like they've been in contact for years.

Hopefully if Sharon likes it he'll sign up for a few more years. Here's hoping!

That was brilliant. Thanks fot sharing.

Underlined the importance of Steve Gibson to our club. But obviously in the near past he had a choice between Neil Warnock and either Gareth Southgate or Gordon Stachan and made - arguably - the wrong choice.

Although at the time, to be honest, I probably have been dissapointed with Warnock. ;-)

Also just how important positivity of fans is for players' performance - and manager's. And therefore success. I think this is also a lesson in life.

UTB and a special mention of Christmas cheer to Johnathon Woodgate. To echo Neil's comments he did the best he could with a bad hand. In my opinion he had the right ideas in the wrong circumstances. Hopefully he'll find success later.
