Mfc just rang me

The club has just called me wondering why I had already missed 7 matches this season despite being a long term season ticket holder, I explained it was purely because I am a shift worker and the matches have fallen really badly this season with regard to my shift pattern, any one else had a call ?

I've missed a fair few, but my Dad normally goes when I don't, so they wouldn't know.

I missed pretty much every game for the last 3 seasons when I lived in the USA, going to probably a max of two games a season, at Christmas.

Even now I probably miss 60% of the games due to living down south, and I've not had a call.

I've also missed quite a few due to varying issues, especially the midweek games. It's a 100-mile plus round trip for me as I live in Northumberland and I've also had a much busier year work wise, along with my Dad being very ill since August.

I've not had a missed call though I've had my ST for 15 years plus. That said, as mentioned above I do think it is encouraging they are at least looking to connect with us and try to understand why people might not be going as often as they did so credit where its due.
