I wish to make a point of order Madame Speaker:7 Different Ways To Cook Eggs
- Scrambled Eggs.
- Poached Eggs.
- Fried Eggs. Sunny-Side Up. Over Easy. Over Medium. Over Hard.
- Soft Boiled Eggs.
- Hard-Boiled Eggs.
- Omelettes.
- Baked Eggs.
The Right Honourable Member in "7 ways to cook eggs" refers to "hard-boiled" and "soft-boiled" as separate methods of cooking eggs.
I suggest that boiling eggs is the method of cooking, not the consistency achieved in final consumption or presentation..
Otherwise, poached-eggs [for example], could be sub-divided into those which are runny [soft] or hard poached.
I would also ask the Honourable Member to define for us, at which point does the "soft" boiled egg become a "hard" boiled egg?
What criterion does he use to identify this definition?
