The thread calling for Nobby and Legend to be brought back into the fold got me thinking about the good (and bad) people that have graced this board over the years.

I used to always like Ned's posts (sorry, I can't remember his handle but I'm sure he was originally for Thornaby) and Lionhunter's were always honest and entertaining.

Who do you remember? Who do you miss?

Going a bit further back - Zen_Hamster_Lid, dandan, Fischer, Shack, Lisbon, Pauluka, Grantus, bandy, Sasboro and his circular arguments - there's loads that made this board a great place.

I believe Lionhunter sadly died last year.

I believe Grantus passed away too soon, I think he was from Stokesley but possibly lived in London.

The board was never perfect (accept after we won the League Cup), but it was rarely nasty or bitchy. There used to be more humility and difference was tolerated.

Yes, Grantus passed away about 8 or 9 years ago now. Correct from Stokesley and lived in London. Sadly missed, he was a real character on and off the board.

When I worked nightshift many years ago I spent a lot of shifts chatting (up) Jax_1 -we talked about loads of things ,backed up by OtleyBoroFan and a few others.
Unfortunately she left the board after some derogatory post from a regular whose name I can’t remember and I had to start doing some work
