It wasn't perfectly written admittedly, but then I didn't realise the pedantry police were on patrol last night.

Your choice of wording suggested you thought that Administration had been imposed as a penalty which was too harsh. In fact that is what you actually said.
That is fundamentally wrong so it is hardly pedantry to point it out.

All I can remember from our Blackburn 3pts then relegation debacle is complete vitriol from all sides. No one ever gave a moment's thought that Boro fans would "suffer" - if I recall it correctly it felt that everyone thought we were all complicit.
