I’m no fan of this govt but you can’t possibly compare the uk (a major international hub) to Ireland.
look at the number of people coming into the uk via our various airports and ports including the world busiest in Heathrow so there’s many examples to berate this govt and their handling of this crisis but this isn’t one of them.
non story for me this as there simply no comparison.

Ireland has over three times more tourists than the UK per head of population.
