May I suggest a new forum dedicated to brexit

The board is fine.

It certainly doesn't need changing just because a few leave voters don't like being constantly reminded what a monumental **** up they've voted for or how they've been easily fooled by obvious con men like Farage or Johnson.

What is it, 4 threads on brexit? One is this one complaining about too many brexit threads 🤦,one is trying (unsuccessfully, but still) to point out a positive. Which leaves 2 that are being critical of it. You might have noticed in the news plenty of politicians, businesses and organisations are also very critical of it. Not sure why then any threads should be hidden away, it's hardly a niche subject.

Easy enough to ignore. Plenty of threads I have no interest in, I just don't open them. It's really easy. No point getting upset about it.

There we go straight away .DO YOU SEE WHAT I MEAN

It’s the press gang roaming the board terrorising posters because we didn’t vote what they wanted that I’m tired of .
You can always ignore posts that are political, and let everyone else who wants to discuss politics get on with it.

We told you 5 years ago that this will drag on and on and be part of the national discussion for the next couple of decades. It's only been 5 years, you've got at least another 15 of being reminded how this country was better before fools tossed it away for some misplaced ideology, whipped up by the faux patriotic rhetoric of the right wing elite. You need to get used to this being the daily discussion, just like talk of straight bananas and fish quotas have been the newspaper discussion for 20 years.

Suggest you read your opening post again if you didn't want an argument. Not quite sure what you expected when you wrote that.

By the way now 2 threads on brexit on the front page. One being this one of course. So maybe the board isn't quite as infested with them as you think.

Perhaps one solution would be to put a gold star next to every remain voter’s username. Some form of permanent acknowledgement of our brilliance.
Then maybe some of my remain brethren would no longer feel the need to constantly assert their superiority of thought each and every brexit thread.

Just an idea. I’m also working on a prototype points based system that takes into account historical votes at general elections and support for the appointment of Tony Pulis to provide the user with an overall I Told You So score, on which to base their self worth.
Stay tuned.

The board works OK as it is, all in one, I reckon. We just need more people to not start similar threads when something is already being discussed/moaned/argued about on the first page. The other few boards I go on are much better at this with moderators stopping duplicates if they do pop up.

If I wanted to make some constructive comments about Brexit now I wouldn't know which thread to use :)
On the flip side central there is oneboro, a very good board but is quiet until the matches come round

Actually multiple threads on similar themes don’t bother me, if I see a thread that looks like it might interest me, but there’s already been 40 or more posts I think ‘I can’t be ar5ed to read all that’ So if there was only ever one post on, say Brexit, with 300+ posts I’d swerve it, but a new variant (see what I did there) on it I might be tempted to join in.
