At it again. Utterly reprehensible behaviour- clearly doesn’t give a monkeys about what anyone thinks. At a hospital without wearing a mask, sources close to him now back tracking the usual bullsh*t about him having it on for the rest of his trip. You think they’d be whiter than white this is simple stuff they are getting wrong.

I think it's more about pure arrogance above incompetence. They are incompetent in my view, but they are not inherently incapable, they just choose to be. This contempt and disdain is what is so toxic and damaging

He's surrounded himself with people who follow orders without question and won't dare challenge him (or particularly puppet master Cummings).

Which I suppose boils down to the same thing as you're generally going to find it's only incompetent people who will accept doing a ministerial job in those circumstances.
