Marvin Sordell - very worth a read

Wow. Very mature and clearly intelligent individual. No mean player, either. I can definitely empathise with him, and agree with what he seems to have learned. Many of our deepest troubles stem from our earliest years, and if we learn to understand how those times have affected us, accept that that makes us who we are, and accept our weaknesses and vulnerabilities, we are on a new pathway of authentic living and (dare I whisper it) happiness. Hats off to the young man, and all those taking steps towards better mental health.

Agree entirely.
