Marvin Johnson

He never seems as effective when playing from the start, bringing him on to run at players with 20 minutes left seems to be the most efficient use of him, he certainly cant defend as well as Bola and there are better options to start in the three forward positions nowadays

Marv has every right to feel hard done by at being dropped.

As people have said, it doesn't seem justified especially as he's returned some pretty decent goal and assist stats.

I'd be tempted to go with him and Kebano either side of Bolasie next game.

Anyone but those 3 duff strikers we have.

Don't think it's fair to stick Fletcher in there with the two As. I'd start Fletcher when fit. Agree otherwise I think we should try Duncan centrally now.

I don't think warnock trusts him to be honest, he isn't defensively good enough to be a left back or wing back for me and for some reason Warnock doesn't see him as an out and out wide man either.

Personally I think he's shown he's our best outlet as a left sided attacker, but kebano seems to be ahead of him for starts now, not convinced he's all that myself though. Starting or coming off the bench think marv has out performed him.

Ref Johnson v Kebano - Kebano is more flexible, more twist and turns and Johnson does not use his right foot for kicking. However Johnson is ohysically stronger in challenges.

He used his right foot for kicking yesterday to play a part in the winner.
