When a member of your team rings you at 6.00 in the morning to tell you they can't come in because the other half has a new cough and they must self isolate for 14 days, is your first thought, at least they're doing the right thing???

depends.. I know none of my team would take the ****.. all are now working from home and putting in longer hours if they were in the office. Having so many in the UK now working from home, this has made it so much more work for them.

However, I bet there are boat loads of people taking the ****...
