Conspiracy theorist who made millions from pumping out his vile lies and taking advantage of the vulnerable, naive, ignorant, ill-informed, easily manipulated or scared, basically admits he was talking absolute tosh over one of his sickest conspiracy theories.

Who’da thunk it, huh?!

A sad and very angry soul who will do and say anything to keep the mad world inside his head front and centre to the people who soak this stuff up.
It's all an act, the guy is a psychopath, and this is all about manipulating people to gain something from them. His anger is reserved for when people that don't give him what he wants, the angry stuff he records is largely just fake to get people to buy in and pay him.

I saw something on Twitter which is very true about Jones and many other people, some were pushed on here by posters regarding Covid, that seem to promote their strange views online:

"If you remove the hood of a digital extremist, underneath is usually a profiteer."

$800k a day he was pulling in. There are daft lads round Teesside drawn in to his nonsense.

FoLlOw ThE mOnEy and all that.

Hope he gets ruined completely for what he has done.
Funny how they say this but never follow the money in their heads to the people peddling this rubbish. Saw a stat that said something like 90% of covid misinformation came from just 12 people

What an absolute scumbag. Spread lies about a father laden with the tragic murder of his son simply to make money.

Lock him up and take away the keys.

His defence team sent his text messages to the opposition by mistake. :ROFLMAO:
Oh the implications of what he has released go way beyond this case. Two years of emails and texts were given to the defence, including (it is believed) those showing his and others involvement in the organisation of the Jan 6 rioting/coup in Washington DC. Subpoenas incoming...

If you read The Psychopath Test by Jon Ronson, it talks about when he met a very young Alex Jones, before Jones was in/famous.

If you'd like to learn a bit more about Jones, you can go wrong with John Oliver's 5 year old piece on him.
He is a grifter, pure and simple, hiding behind the 1st amendment so that he can take in an inordinate amount of money from gullible people. In my opinion, bankrupting him isn't anywhere near enough punishment and I really hope that his texts and emails send him and the whole far right cabal to jail on sedition charges.

He's no different to the 1980s TV Evangelists - Jim and Tammy Bakker especially - but with a more sinister message on a different platform. It's all about the $$$$, screw anyone who gets in his way
