Lower league crowds back

Someone on Talksport commented Corky - that the Crucible let in 300 for the recent snooker - with a capacity of 900 and indoors.
Surely outdoor stadiums like ours which hold 30,000+ can be organised so 10,000 [for example] can access the place safely?
A bit of imagination from those in charge.
Lower league clubs are already in the schitt.
Owners and benefactors cant keep pouring money into a black hole.
Fans need to be got safely back through the gate.
Just a thought.........

Might end up being a blessing in disguise for non league clubs. I think it's pretty doubtful I'll get to see Boro next year if there's no away fans. I'll be going to harringey borough to get my fix. I wonder how many spurs fans will go if they can't get into White Hart lane?

Thats a good point.
My local non-league club get between 200 and 500 and the capacity is 2500.

Just got the alert for this:

BREAKING! The DCMS have clarified that they believe any club below the National League (Step 2) CAN admit some spectators under the current rules. I'd expect more to follow from the FA.

We’ve clarified guidance for organisers of non-elite sports events to help them admit spectators safely - with social distancing. The @FA definition of non-elite means #football clubs from Level 7 (below National League N/S) can admit some spectators. https://bit.ly/3iRlwDR

A short term boost in crowds for the local sides would be excellent but I'm not sure so many will take the plunge. If they do they may be pleasantly surprised.
