Camden chicken soup which you can pick up for about a quid at tesco, boil some pasta and chuck it in with some hot sauce! Roughly 350 calories for a big meal and it's delicious.

There's 350 calories just in 100g of dry Pasta I think! I try and avoid pasta as I usually need about 125-150g before adding anything else.

Although saying that, pasta is nice when combined with a tin of chicken in white sauce, which is probably a lot more cals than your soup! Smells a bit weird when you first start making it, but tastes decent with loads of pepper for a very basic meal.

Pasta ( cook seperately then add to the below once partially cooked )

Tin of chopped tomatoes
Stock cube
Mushrooms
Chopped Chorizo or smoked sausage

BOOM!!
You just adding the stock cube, or adding it as actual made up stock?
Which stock Chicken/ Veg/ Beef?

When I'm cooking pasta I always use soup as a sauce whether it's tin, cuppa soup or posh soup the calories are a lot less

Yeah, I've thought of doing it, just trying to use the pasta to suck up some of the moisture so it's a bit thicker, but looks like you're boiling it first.
Will have to give your way a go, sounds quick and easy.

It turns a very boring soup dish into a substantial meal aswell

I eat soup for lunch most days now, just cook any leftover veg up in the insta pot, with 500ml of stock, garlic, ginger and chillies and blend it up. Usually do that on a Monday and it stops me from eating crap for lunch for 3-4 days.

It's hard to go over 150 calls with a massive bowl, makes keeping the cals low for the day so much easier.

My go to quick healthy meal

Chilli King Prawn Linguine

Set your linguine to cook in boiling water (around 11 mins)
In a wok add a little olive oil and then gently fry a finely chopped chilli and two crushed cloves of garlic for just a few seconds, chuck in frozen king prawns and allow to cook for a few minutes until cooked through, add halved cherry tomatoes and frozen peas cook for a few minutes more until the peas are cooked and the tomatoes are just starting to soften. At this point your linguine should be cooked, drain it and leave it to stand for a moment. Take some fresh basil and tear the leaves randomly, chuck into the wok with the prawns then add your drained linguine into the wok take off the heat and toss together. Season and serve. Under a quarter of an hour.
