All pretty decent shows that I watched recently. I've just started Star Trek: Discovery which has also been really good so far and I'm not even a Trekkie.

Picard on amazon Prime is good too.

If you like a bit of SciFi (and have Amazon Prime) The Expanse is terrific "hard" SciFi. 4 seasons so far, I believe the 5th is in production and then that's it, finit. Which is always a good sign that they know when to stop.

I don’t think season 5 is planned to be the end of the show, certainly not heard anything about it anyway. There are 9 books (so far) and season 4 covers book 4, season 4 got really good reviews on amazon and after picking it up and investing in it, not sure why they’d stop the story mid-way like that when the whole reason they picked it up was because the fans ran such a fervent campaign to get it reinstated.

Just finished watch the stranger on Netflix which was pretty decent. I'm looking for something with a few season any recommendations would be appreciated.

The Stranger was based on a book by Harlam Coben.

So you'll like another series on Netflix based on one of his books... Safe, starring the bloke who played Dexter and the gorgeous lawyer from Spiral.

I think that the producer, Brian Fuller is still searching for someone to let him make it. With CBS being given the go-ahead to make the Clarice series then it was never in the works to include the Starling character as Fuller couldn't obtain the rights. Us diehards won't ever give up on it though.

Yeah that's the reason I started watching Discovery, thought I would watch the 2 seasons and then start Picard.

IMO The Expanse is currently the best sci-fi on television by a country mile.
