Long term COVID advice

Would appreciate advice. The other half had COVID for 7 weeks till negative test. However whilst physically improving has had fatigue and has had other behaviour traits that are out of character, such as depression/memory loss and aggressive behaviour culminating tonight in him physically attacking a waitor for no reason. I should add we are overseas and not subject to lockdown. I am at my wits end and just hoping anyone can advise?

Look further up the board and you’ll see a post by fmttm admin titled ‘ you are not alone ‘ .
If you go on that thread you’ll find numerous helplines you can call who doubtless will be equipped to assist you .

I wouldn’t worry about the fact you’re abroad as there’ll be many Brits unable to get home who like everyone else will encounter difficulties at this extraordinary time .

Best wishes and you do right to both not suffer alone .

Yous need to keep talking , do what you can to reduce any stress .
staying calm and talking it through will put his mind in a better place ,
do more things together and keep close .
And talking to professionals who deal with this sort of thing is imperative
