Liverpool cranking up the pressure on Everton and Pickford

I am trying to remember who scored for Liverpool from what seemed the half way line against Pat Cuff.

A quite hairy day in The Arkle

And who was it that went down like a sack of spuds, when Allidiare patted them on the head, to get him sent off.
Now, that was cheating of the highest order

Pickford didn’t cheat
It was much about nothing, as CaT said if it had been Southampton it would not be news

It was a shocking tackle by Pickford. He should have seen red.

VAR is awful and always has been. People have been saying for a while that a player is going to get badly injured due to the play on for offsides rule.

VVD could easily have been sent off prior to that for two bad challenges where he left something in (I don't think he would have been by many refs but they were both worthy of a yellow).

It's something that happens and unfortunately for Liverpool it's happened to them. They're lucky it didn't happen last season.

So what do Liverpool actually want to happen. Do they want to try and shame Everton into some sort of self imposed banning of their own player to make things "fair" 😗

Dont recall them being this annoyed when Suarez bit another player which was much much worse than this incident

But as you know JM14, Suarez was rightly punished. Why would Liverpool be annoyed on that decision? They were angry with Suarez.

I am sure had Pickford done his dangerous tackle on a Boro player, with the same outcome, everyone would be calling the ref, VAR and the men in grey suits everything from a pig to a dog. I really do not see why Liverpool would be seen in a bad light for expecting some sort of justice regarding the incident tbh.

We see bad decisions all of the time, red cards that weren't given, penalties etc. Just part of the game, not some big conspiracy against Liverpool

I love Liverpool's tacit acceptance that they have only one decent centre half. A truly great side would get on with it and simply pull someone equally as good into the team. It's proof of how imbalanced that squad is that they're up in arms over this.

can’t understand a word the commentator is saying - that’s the problem with scouse accents
It's pointless just posting bad fouls by Liverpool players, that proves nothing. Especially as it was dealt with by a red card, despite the lack of VAR.

I have never said or it was a conspiracy against Liverpool, nor to the best of my knowledge anyway, have Liverpool themselves, so not sure why you would imply that there were. I have merely said Justice was not done and nor has it retrospectively been seen to be done, which I believe is wrong.

Exactly. The hatred towards Liverpool shown on here is unbelievable.
