Had the pleasure of seeing LP a couple of times before Chester committed suicide. Hybrid Theory was a soundtrack of my schooldays.
My favourite song on the album.
I also love My December but one more for my Autumn / Winter playlists which tend to be a bit more slower / chill.

I liked Numb. That album itself was pretty decent. They went a bit more mainstream over the years but always had some decent tracks.
If you’re my generation, Hybrid Theory was the Daddy album of all LP albums. It’s complete Nostalgia for me but I’m not one to criticise anyone for liking any music.
I listen to a lot rock and much heavier stuff but I also listen to other stuff that you’d never guess. if you like the sound of it and enjoy it, that’s all that’s matters!

. Love the S.O.A.D thread, genuinely think they're great and brilliant live. I can't take Linkin Park seriously , I always think of them like Limp Bizket.

I listened to Hybrid Theory and Chocolate Starfish albums at a similar time - amongst a load of others. Back in the old “Nu Metal” days
I have quite a wide range of music tastes tbh but would class Rock/Metal and everything in between as my main go to genres. As I’ve got older my tastes have massively expanded. I like the variety and tend to listen to what suits the mood / atmosphere of a particular time.

Meteora is probably my favourite album. Never used to be but as I got abit older I realised one song “Hit the floor” just spoke for me, literally word for word and felt like it could have been written about my previous existence.
