In the S Times sports section he goes on at length about the likelihood of the Premier League possibly acting against Man City with a points deduction, but I liked his final paragraph which reads
"The Premier League will surely have to investigate, pouring still more woe on a club who have just recorded their worst result since being hammered 8-1 by Middlesbrough in May 2008".
