Lesser known Motown and Soul tracks

I appreciate that what's "lesser known" is subjective but I only heard this David Ruffin track a few months back and absolutely love it.

I know there is so much of this stuff out there that never made it to the mainstream (obviously where the Northern Soul scene sprung from) so lets add a bit of soul to a sunny Friday evening. What are your favourite soul and motown tracks that you can introduce to the rest of us?

I down loaded the Four Tops cover of " McArthur Park" when the Internet was much more accessible.
Not Soul and just motown but the backing harmonies and Levi Stubbs beautiful voice make an awesome recording.
I've not been able to find it since .

It's on Spotify (at least here in the US it is anyway)

I love this Particular version more than the original by Martha Reeves (who had it as a B side originally)

Probably better known as a cover but this is very early "soul" music

The Isley Brothers had an amazing career and longevity, for contrast check their cover of Neil Young's "Ohio" with Jimi Hendrix's "Machine Gun" (Jimi played with them before going solo)
