I don't think that is his role.
I don't know exactly what his role is, but I don't think that's it.
He's something along the lines of a father figure players can talk to if they want advice.
Maybe not a father figure, more like your favourite uncle.

That's more the impression I got, PoC and advisor bringing the younger players through to being pros. Their professional and personal/social development from academy lads to professional footballers sort of thing.
