Leo

Played no better than most games this season.

Only had two days to prepare so there's leeway, but that was not a good performance tonight.

I love the guy and hope he's on the staff, but he's not the next manager for me.

Cheer up!

I'm very pleased with the win just don't think people should go overboard and pretend it was that different to many other games this season.

It was a poor game where we edged them out.

Steffen played really well, which was the main shining light for me.
First time he's looked like the keeper we hoped we'd signed.

Fry had another excellent game too.

Would be awful to see the fans turn against Leo. Needs to stay around in an ambassador type role regardless of who comes in as manager.

I'm just enjoying tonight. We've played well this season and lost, then we played terribly and lost. Tonight we were ok-ish and got the result. Birmingham is never an easy match.

It feels like something we can build on. Previous decent results just felt like they were buying a hopeless manager some breathing space.

Plus we now have access to all our playing staff because old agendas have been erased.

Over three times better ppg then Wilder and a third of all our league wins this season are attributable to Leo.. and he’s still only one game in!!

The main factors in wether he should get the job are firstly if he wants it and secondly if the the club want to give him it. While I get the sentiment, he has the right to progress his career if he wants to, and if he wants to become a head coach then I would rather he did it with us than have to leave for another club to fulfill his ambition. Better to have loved and lost than...etc...

I agree with other I don’t want him to get the job as passion snd adrenaline will only get you so far. He’s a great bloke and he’s unique to us I was delighted we got the win for him under his management but I wouldn’t want him to get it permanently.

No.

No manager leaves here without being slated. Leo should always be held in high regards here. His passion for us is incredible. Would hate to see it all being tarnished.

He'll be due a testimonial soon, nearly 10 years at the club :)
