was thinking that, he might get assistant manager at the Mackems which would be a big step up from U18s
 
Probs thinks its waste of time as grant leadbitter is ahead of him. He seems in a rush to become a manager at such a fledgling stage of his coaching career
 
Very odd going on. Was part of Leo's interim team, even tipped to become manager, then gets replaced by Leadbitter after 2 games and now is leaving the club....again.

surley you would then just look for another job at the same time then just table the offer to the club and say look I got to take this, instead of putting yourself out of work, near enough everyone moving on to a new job in the past has been announced as taking a new job, not that they are leaving so they can find a better job, thats why it seems like there is more to it

leo did a press conference and when asked about his chances of becoming manager he didnt really have much nice to say about him
I did notice the leaks of the first time line ups that were happening since wilder left pretty much stopped once he had been demoted

You dont need to be as cautious when you're a millionaire I'm led to beleive
