Justin Guitar is probably the best resource online for learningAny tips for good Youtube channels or apps etc?
Get a a mentor or teacher. Ultimately learning guitar is a solo affair but to keep your interest and energy levels high after the first few months, it's useful to be able to discuss, practice and jam with others of the same interest.Any tips for good Youtube channels or apps etc?
What guitar did you getJust received one for Christmas and have no prior knowledge. Paid for the yearly Fender Play app as it was half price and enjoying it so far.
Your picture looks like Warnock may well be playing air guitar, or kicking Britt after he has slipped over once again.Rocksmith.
Another vote for Justin Guitar, I’ve been playing on and off for 30 years and I use him as a song reference, aimed at all levels, very good.
Absolutely spot on.It's a relatively easy instrument to play but incredibly difficult to master.
Here's my guitar history in a picture. The only one missing is a Guild Starfire that I sold on. Have kept everything else since I got my first proper guitar, the Aria Pro 2, when I was 17/18ish.Could start another thread for this, but lets do it here....
Whats your guitar history, this is mine:
First guitar Old Telecaster 44 years ago - wish I had that now, still have the rest
cheap Yamaha acoustic
Old cheap Strat 30 years ago
Ibanez Jo Satriani custom
Gibson Les Paul Standard
Gibson acoustic (best guitar I’ve ever played)
Still play the last three regular-ish
Some incredible looking guitars there! Here's my guitar history in a picture. The only one missing is a Guild Starfire that I sold on. Have kept everything else since I got my first proper guitar, the Aria Pro 2, when I was 17/18ish.

Very nice, the Strat and Les Paul at the front are identical to mine, except mine are right handed. Is the blue one a PRS? Always fancied one. Here's my guitar history in a picture.
