Nope. He spends his time either on the floor or in someone's face. Or he's either kicking someone, or writhing around in agony when someone so much as breathes on him.
I don't mind Lampard, though I dislike Chelsea.
However I didn't think he did that good a job at Frank Lampard's Derby. They finished in the same place in the league as they did the previous season with one fewer point.
Furthermore, he didn't seem to be building anything: their success seemed to depend on loan signings from Liverpool and Chelsea. I think this showed in Derby's poor first half of the season.
Of course, if he'd have won the playoffs, it would be a different story, but that match has a fine line between absolutes.
They only went to Derby because of him.'potential with Derby?'..... He finished in the same (or similar) position to Rowett who was sacked.
It's not like he inherited a poor side. They also had Mount and Wilson arguably two of the best loans in the champo.
Grow upHe's a member of mensa or something isn't he? Very clever bloke (although appreciate you can have a high IQ and no common sense etc).
No comparison with Woodgate and his "village" nickname.
Leave that for you to luxuriate in!Yes but compare his first season as manager with that of Woodgate
YawnSome would say that was setting the bar very low.
I, however, would say it's not setting the bar at all.

He is a fraud - but he gets an easy ride from the press coz he's inglish.
What happened with Klopp?I think he will be pleased with the season, and the fans too. Due to the transfer ban there were few expectations and a champions league finish and a cup final, and the champions league last 16. (Which incidentally they have been in far longer than Liverpool who were knocked out way back in March ).
I think he comes across well, but exactly as stated above let himself down with the Klopp incident. Spoke well after the cup final defeat, and arguably a lot went against him in that game.
His Derby spell I agree with everything Frozen Horse said.
I thought Lampard was English? He is a fraud - but he gets an easy ride from the press coz he's inglish.
