Lambs liver tonight!

My wife can’t bear it, but she’s out for tea.

Sauté off onions and mushrooms with sage and butter, add salt and pepper, remove from pan leaving any juices. Throw in liver over high heat, add brandy, finish with cream, return the veg to the pan. Serve with mash and spring greens. Bloody luvverly
 
The closest I have seen so far to a Randy Grandad post.

Chicken fajitas for us tonight. Plus it is one of our 3 alcohol free days a week today.
 
I do old school liver bacon and onions. Dry fry the streaky bacon and remove. Cook the onions on high till they're browned on the sides. Add liver covered in flour and brown. Add stock a bit of balsamic and some ketchup or puree and Worcester sauce. Cook it for a good half hour.
 
Don't like mine massively bloody so always around 15-20 mins
But love it on Sainsburys multiseeeded uncut load - sliced thick with lashings of Lurpak butter...
I'm starting to drool just thinking about it.
