He's plays the 'Rudy' role like you'd want a target man too. He's a fecking unit but a right handful with it. Also surprisingly decent on the deck.

I would love him at Boro and you can see why we were in for him at around 2mil. He's never gonna be prolific but does his job very well.

I think the Welsh connection helped them. That said Cardiff are actually pretty shocking to watch. They are as 'pulis' as you can get. Long diagnal balls and long throws. Moore was made for them.
 
They had 3 players on the pitch at the end over 6ft 4. Maybe against Coventry we will finally see a team playing the ball on the deck.

That Morrison is a proper no nonsense champo rugged CB. He always impresses and is a real threat from setplays.
 
Brilliant what warnock said in his post match comments, when asked about trying to get him to Boro: ‘feel for him really, it’s his loss’. Funny as but bang on....k.moore clearly not that bright as Warnock would’ve made him such a better player
That’s what warnock does, makes players better!
wonderful attribute to have as a manager but seems to come naturally to him 🙌🏻 👍.

I thought that about Cardiff's style too. Remember seeing an article where Bacuna was saying he preferred playing more under Harris as it was less route one and more expansive football (that was the gist anyway). I get that he's not going to talk down his current manager but I was expecting more from them given he'd gone out of his way to say it.
 
Cardiff had ojo on one wing Harry Wilson on the other and they played long balls to their heffer up front. Zero crosses first half. I don't think Neil Harris is going to get the best out of his players. Credit to our fullbacks and Johnson mind as they did well to snuff out the few attempts at wingplay Cardiff actually attempted.

Harris will be gone by xmas
Bang average manager and Cardiff have higher ambitions. Cardiff will be mid table by Xmas because of Harris. Managers are so important to how players develop and perform
