Kids going round estates on motor bikes - noise pollution

Weekend before last it was nearly all weekend including up until 10pm Saturday

If they are driving through cuts / alleys to do it, then scatter aload of flat headed nails across them. Or string some fishing wire up between fences about 12-18” high, enough for them to fall off but won’t do serious damage.
