We are after him apparently

West Brom striker, previously played for Warnock at Cardiff - big but not prolific

lets see if we can stuff this one up as well then

Big but not prolific - seems to be exactly what we are looking for!!

Have teamtalk ever got anything on us right?
hmmm...given we have signed 1 fella on a free you could say that about every media outlet though

2 weeks ago we were 'in detailed discussions and close to signing' yaya sanogo....

We stuff lots of rumour mongering numpty publication stories up. Fortunately.

It doesn't stop clowns clinging on to them. Unfortunately.

I know, I’m normally one for getting carried away and excited by links but we have been linked with so many players now and not signed anyone bar hall I am becoming a bit disillusioned with it. As a side note though, I think Zohore would be a decent loan signing.

I mentioned this weeks ago. It's not because I'm ITK or anything... I guessed as he played under Warnock at Cardiff. My point being reporters will do the same.

I am suprised it's taken this long as we need a 'unit'. It can only be on loan as cost West brom 8mil. Think he's pretty mobile for a big lad.

I don't think the scoring record is the priority for Warnocks style. He needs to do a job leading the line but it adds pressure on those around him to score. That's also an issue with us😂

His Cardiff side scored 21 goals from setplays when promoted. Also various players scored 5s and 6s. Also an 'issue' with our widemen and CMs/CBs😒

What happened to that shankland link? Rather have him. Zohore is another gestede in waiting. Dont rate him

Yes please!! Incredible work rate. Has pace. Nightmare for defenders. Doesn’t stop, lost causes mean noting to him. Liked him a lot when he played against us.

Would not be thrilled, but would prefer him to Sanogo and he's been promoted from the Championship.

All those should be elementary for a forward. We need goals not work rate

He’s a good dribbler aswell, left footed. Big , strong, certainly something ‘different’ to what we have already got. Would be all for it, but like I say, take these links with a pinch of salt these days.

Was mentioned at the end of last season by an agent I know as a player we were looking to do a deal with he only started 3 league games for West Brom last season and they’re prepared to let him go, he’s related to Didier Drogba and plays in a similar way, direct and strong, he’d give us more physicality up front and can play the lone striker role, saw him play at Odense and he looked a little raw but certainly has talent and I think would be a positive addition to the squad, it’s unlikely West Brom will recoup the £8m they paid for him last season.

He suits the former big ticket premier league fringe players. All would undoubtedly add quality to our squad.

CD Ben Gibson £15m - Burnley - Loan
MF Kevin Stewart £8m - Hull - Free
RW Jacob Murphy £10m - Newcastle - Loan
AM Patrick Roberts £12m - Man City - Loan
ST Kenneth Zohore £8m - West Brom - Loan

GK Dillon Phillips - Charlton - £1m
ST Yaya Sanogo - Toulouse - Free

Looks like we could have £53m+ worth of talent could be rocking up to the Warnock promotion battle bus with around £1m being spent on actual transfer fees.
