Surely Warnock had to try the other keeper archer bettinelli is atrocious surely. He has to have a look at him for next season

Too much schoolboy defending on too many occasions ( and not just the keeper to blame ) has cost us dearly this season.
Lack of goals another major factor in why we look to be finishing short of the playoffs. Let’s get season over and start he rebuild.

Defending was terrible - but not sure the keeper can be blamed for the goals. First goal we were split wide open and they finished well. Second -big deflection off Morsy, who made the mistake in gifting the ball and third goal the defenders stood still after Betinelli had blocked Solanki's shot. Defence at fault for goals not the keeper.

Betinelli is Not good enough , I have never seen a keeper who does not make saves like him , he makes token gesture dives .
Poor all over the pitch today though , defending was poor .
Bolasie , Kebano , Akpom , Fletcher , you would think there would be some goals in them , but no , we are shot shy .
Mendez Laing is not good enough
No leaders on the pitch , too many going through the motions from back to front .
Neil Warnock picked the team , and he built it
Akpom , Hall , Fischer , Betinelli , Morsy , Bolasie , Kebano , Mendez Laing , Watmore .
9 of his signings , all started the game , apart from Akpom who came on , and only Morsy came out with any credit .
His team , end of story , but no leaders amongst them .

We really missed Dael Fry. McNair was probably knackered after the Ireland games. The keeper did make a save towards the end, didn't he? I might have made that up because I'd had three beers by then.

You'd hope a keeper might make the odd save. Second deflected and he got a hand to it, but the other two he didn't get close to when they were both close to him.

That ‘save’ for the third goal was an embarrassment. He deserved to concede a goal after that. He is crap, make no bones about it.

It was more an assist than a save for the third, and the late save was going wide.

It was the later one that I was talking about. Didn't realise that it was already going wide because I was only half watching by then and thinking more about what to make for tea. I still haven't decided. It's quite the dilemma.

Probably outside of the post.

Think there was a call for him to come out for the first one, second ok there was a deflection, third after he made the save he just stood there like a starfish. His reactions are non-existent.

Bettenelli was the least of our worries today. Not at fault for any of the girls so not sure why he's singled out for criticism.

For the money he's probably on he's not good enough and I'd rather we had someone else next season but we didn't lose today because of him.

He was massively at fault for the third goal?

That's far from the first time he's parried a ball directly in to the path of the opposition this season either.

Also got beat at the near post for the first goal. Only goal I wouldn’t criticise him for is the second. The frustrating thing with isn’t harrowing mistakes it’s just he effectively saves absolutely nothing. When you see a shot heading on target you think oh well that will go in, you can’t have that feeling. We need to change it next season.

Who was it that posted championship stats the other week that showed Bettenelli was bottom in most of the data including shots to goals ratio. He’s faced 5 shots on target and let in 3 today. Not good enough

When the best thing you can say about a keeper is "I don't think you can blame him for any of the goals" that says a lot about he good he is. As Block says, he saves nowt. He absolutely must not be our keeper next season.
