Just Seen the Covid 2nd Wave Projections

Early doors there was certainly discussion about - lets get to the Summer and we will see this off.
Not sure what the evidence from other hotter countries tells us though.

There was also a fair bit of scientific discussion that the virus would get weaker and eventually die out.
Suppose you have to try and plan for the worse tho

Youths without tops on!
People are allowed to go outside. Some folk have been going outside since this all started, they're going to work, many of them ensuring people who remain in lockdown can have food delivered to them.
Not to say that folk shouldn't be cavalier about social distancing.

As I said, *groups* of young people. Specifically groups not caring about social distancing flouting guidence.

Not sure how you got the impression I said people are not allowed to go outside or work from my post, especially as I praised people for following guidence in the paragraph before.

I think that part of what is happening is that our immune systems have been bolstered by some sunshine, so the illness may be milder/defeated by the T cell defence before it has chance to replicate.

Is it possible say the virus dies with temperature fluctuations? Could explain why naturally hot countries suffered but as the temperatures have risen in whatever country it's started to kill off the virus?

It's still unknown but it's certainly probable that that's the case. A large amount of virii struggle when the weather is hot to be transmitted via surfaces. This is because a virus is inanimate so the sun and heat can damage it. Not entirely certain whether that's the case with this one. MERS for example is a similar virus and it can survive hot temperatures. Which is how it got it's name.

Borolads science is a bit more known though. Sunshine does boast your immune system, plus the way we as people act when it's sunny (outdoors, in parks and places rather than crammed into restaurants and bars) will help stop the spread of the virus.

Cooling down in Brazil now too, as the death toll rises.

Yeah somebody posted on here a few weeks ago about vitamin D possibly helping and so I had a look at my personal circumstances, came to the conclusion that my vitamin intake wasnt as good as it could be so now take vitamin D supplements every day now and I've drastically changed my diet.
Probably that and spending more time with my kids the only plus points of lockdown.

Can you get vitamin d supplements Randy? I always thought you had to go out in the sun and no foods contained vitamin d.
