Just trying to lighten the mood of the thread.

I for one feel the most positive I've felt for many weeks with the vaccine results showing that we can hopefully soon be back to moaning about more normal things like pubs up here charging a fiver a pint etc

That was noticeable when the pubs opened back up the first time around Tommy.
It was not uncommon to be charged £5 - £5.50 for a decent pint.

It will happen again, especially at the start as they try to claw some money back and can only have limited numbers on the premises.

Supply & demand will dictate where it goes from there.

I'd happily pay that to start with, small price to spend an evening away from Peppa b**tard Pig and the wife asking me for the 3,876th time when I think we'll be able to take the kids to soft play.

Yes, just like Instagram 'influencers' who are allowed to travel to Dubai for 'work' as long as they post an image of an open laptop by the swimming pool.
 
Apparently there's 3 blokes on a boat in the tees today all from different houses stood next to each other without masks.

None of them have been arrested yet despite the police stood near by

4 apparently but they're all kitted out with hard hats and hi-viz so they should be ok as long as the floppy haired numpty doesn't start shaking hands with strangers.

I feel your pain man.

Number one thing I'm looking forward to is a pint after work sat at the bar without worrying if it's home time yet. 😂
