Just been sat in the back garden

For about 15 mins
Eyes closed, sun on my face listening to the sounds of nature - birds singing, bees buzzing, the last of the autumnal leaves scuttling around, trees swaying

I’m going to enjoy getting used to that
How is your friend finny

I think we will all be making the most of our gardens this summer. As some of you know, I normally live in a city centre apartment with a balcony only, but am back in the family home in DC and it'll soon be warm enough to enjoy the garden.

Let's spare a thought for those who aren't as lucky and at least post a picture of our gardens for others to enjoy?20200326_135418-02_compress83.jpg

I’ve got plenty of things to do in the garden now , I haven’t even cut the grass this yr I need petrol for the lawnmower . The garage is literally a boy 1 minute away so hopefully it won’t be frowned upon filling up tomorrow.
After all this is over this house should be spotless .

🧐 not sure how to answer that. Gay, don’t have kids and spent a fortune on doing the garden up a few years ago but I also live fairly central in London so I am used to noise. We all live close so we have to try to get along. I do like a bit of peace though, don’t we all? But it takes everyone to be fair.mFor example, last year they had a party that went on till 3/4 in the morning with catering and a DJ. The next day they had a children’s party for loads of kids from 10. It was one of the first warm weekends and I had already fixed on washing the patio down with the Karcher. It would normally take an hour. After the women screamed, ‘how long are you going to be doing that’, it took about four. i try to be respectful of my neighbours though, within reason.

One thing I will miss this spring is my walk through the woods at the bottom of roseberry topping with all the bluebells out - they finish flowering by early June so I’ll probably miss them this time 😢
