Older readers will remember this lady and her song Going to the Zoo. I missed the fact that she also passed away a week ago
She was a regular guest on variety shows on BBC in the 70s. A kind of female Jake Thackeray.

Gosh, I didn’t know she had passed away, what a shame. She was a regular guest singer on BBC shows of the day although after she got busted for drugs the appearances dried up a bit.
