Jones' strengths are top end of championship or lower half premier league - his pace, skill and workrate. His weaker areas - final ball/shot and decision making are average for this league, no worse than that.
Most wingers end product is patchy at best - making the right choice and delivering quality at pace and under pressure is just very hard. Watch the premier league - the vast majority of promising runs from top-level wingers come to nothing as well.
Don't underestimate how he contributes off the ball too by taking up positions where the opposition have to cover him thanks to his pace and what he can do given room in front of him. He creates space for the rest of our midfield and forward line to exploit.
I like Forss, he is a much better finisher, but he doesn't worry opposition teams with his pace in the same way, and I'd argue doesn't contribute as much to our overall play in defence and attack.
