I like Jones, I see adama in him so much (not in body type obviously) but can beat a man well but needs to work on his end product a bit more. Last season I thought he was incredible, got plenty of assists but defenders started to work out how to stop his crosses so he needs to work on other ways to get assists again

He certainly hasn't been 'shocking for months'. His final ball needs a lot of work but the fact he gets 3/4 players on him every time says it all. We need to get behind him and encourage him to try stuff, not hammer him for every mistake.
