I don't think it's the formation as much as it's players aren't playing for him. Its not surprising really when he's called out so many senior pros.

I'm not so sure, there was no lack of effort in the second half and we didn't look like a team that wasn't paying for the manager.

Rather, we looked like a team entirely devoid of confidence.

But it can return just as quick as it goes, but time is running out for Wilder and it needs to happen soon.

Could we try using Isaiah Jones in midfield to utilise his pace and creativity as a poss replacement for tav.

It's crying out for a flat back 4 with Jones and Giles in left and right midfield

I said it on another thread but look at the way Palace set up. Their midfield 3 is Olise, Decoure and Eze.

You don’t need to have three plodders in the midfield.

What is certain is that these players can't play the system that Wilder is asking them too effectively. And rather than adapt in response to that fact Wilder is doubling down and publicly blaming the players and calling them stupid. Hard to have much sympathy for the bloke tbh, maybe there are problems with recruitment but a lot of his problems are definitely self inflicted.

To be honest mate i don’t know but I do know something is not right and hasn’t been for sometime. There just feels like there’s something not right.

Losing tav has been huge I posted at the time we won’t know how good he was to our mf until he’s gone.

I’ll say again I’ve never once called for wilder to sacked I’m still not but I can’t understand his tactics his use of subs or his reluctance to play Forss or even use hoppe.

I just don’t get what I’d happening at the club at the moment but results have completely fallen away.

Something has change or something has to give.
