Johnson is a known liar thread - in your mind ignore this thread if you wish

Well I would rather believe that he was as bad as made out & happy that he's on the recivery, I wouldnt dream of thinking its to gain anything, whoever thinks otherwise that there opinion
I’d rather believe that too. I did have pause for thought and the more I ask around about it the more my worst assumptions seem accurate.

Fairly outrageous what this government is up to.

Again your opinion, I believe what I believe
That's all I will say on this

When he was first diagnosed I suggested that he was lying. I even said if he was I sort of admired him for doing so.

It could be considered a positive or negative act. Positive - he was trying to scare people into obeying a lightweight lock down. Negative - he was trying to hide himself in a fridge yet again. While lying yet again.

I think whether he was ill or not, and I do prefer to think this wasn’t faked, I don’t think he has gained (or lost) anything politically. If anything I think a good few people will think he was too blasé about shaking hands and not following his own advice.

I hope you're right and the ruse hasn't worked. I think, if anything, it's just made him EVEN MORE divisive. The Borisettes or praising his heroic fight, the corbynists insulting his blasé attitude. As someone in the middle I wanted to believe this wasn't a fake but sadly the more I hear the more likely it was.

Where a Tory supporting newspaper has not taken the story down yet. So please shout louder at the Daily Mail rather than me.
Also, if you look carefully, the story reappeared on the Guardian site the next day or the day after. With reference to the same underlying data. So various newspapers in the UK and Spain carried the story. The "new" Guardian story was mentioned on another thread here a while ago. I have waited a while before I commented here.

As someone who’s wife is a nurse working with Coronavirus patients, she doesn’t understand why BJ was in an ICU ward when he was only on oxygen and not intubated i.e. sedated and on a ventilator. The patients she’s dealing with are only sent to ICU if they’re really really ill and can’t breathe without a ventilator - seems a case of one rule for the “important” and another for everyone else 🤔

Could it be he was never actually sent to an ICU ward?

You wouldn't send one of the most powerful men in the world to a public ICU ward anyways. Surely they would be sent to their own private side room with all the relevant ICU tech in there?

This would make it easier to make up their own narratives to suit?
Will take my tin foil hat off now.

Oh I’m sure he had one to one care with the equivalent of an ICU ward - probably the same provisions set aside for say a member of the royal family for example

Yeah I agree just the media make it out like he's one of use recieving the exact same care etc etc.

I wouldn't be so sure of that. At all.

Not in the slightest. This isn't a case of one rule for them and one rule for us. That's the only good side of the deceit .

When the ambulance turned up for my mate. The first question when he got in the ambulance was - if you start to struggle do you want us to resuscitate?
He was in a bad way. He’s a Court of Appeal Judge by the way is likely to get a bit of special treatment.

Anyway - on a ventilator (which Johnson has never had) and out in 3 days.

Johnson has always been a charlatan and will be maximising this to its fullest
