Johnson has the virus

I reckon Boris should come on TV, say "bollox to the lot of tou, we have tried to advise, we have tried to help , we have tried to save people, but all you self imposed experts who get their info from Google know s lot more than those that are sat daily with the real experts. So crack on and fend for yourselves "

Or, "I wish we'd taken our advice like you have."

Johnson has had to be pushed at every turn. On Herd immunity, protecting employees, protecting the self employed, locking down, protecting NHS staff, testing, joining the EU ventilator scheme and so on and so on. One eye on the economy the whole time.

What about the experts who disagree with his experts?

Guardian:

"British officials took part in four meetings where EU projects to bulk-buy medical kit were discussed – the earliest in January, according to official minutes that heap doubt on government claims of missing an email.

Last week Downing Street claimed that it failed to take part in an EU scheme to source life-saving ventilators and other kit to treat coronavirus because it accidentally missed the deadline.

No 10 initially said it did not take part because the UK was no longer a member of the EU and was “making our own efforts”. After critics accused Boris Johnson of putting “Brexit over breathing”, Downing Street clarified that missing out was an error and it would consider participating in future. It is understood the UK claimed not to have received an email from the EU asking it to participate.

EU minutes seen by the Guardian show that a British official joined eight out of 12 EU health security committee meetings dedicated to the Covid-19 outbreak since the group was set up earlier this year, shortly before China’s Hubei province was put into lockdown."

Still feelong sorry for Johnson?

That kind of sums up the lying and dishonesty of Johnson and the whole Conservative party movement - they should be hung out to dry for the way they have handled this crisis

BoroProud are you insane or something. Johnson has been weak, innefective and put money before lives throuought this crisis and to top it all didn't take his own advice.

He has no place criticising anyone after his cr@p performance.
